By signing up for an Aani Studio institute subscription, the subscribing institute agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 

The Head of the subscribing institute (or designated Administrator) is solely responsible for managing all sign-ups created under the institute’s subscription. This includes ensuring compliance with Aani Studio’s terms of use and maintaining the security of login credentials.

 

All institute subscriptions operate on an annual auto-renewal basis. The subscription fee will automatically renew unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. It is the institute’s responsibility to ensure timely payment for uninterrupted access to Aani Studio’s resources.

 

Each user account provided under the institute subscription is licenced for single use only. Sharing login credentials with other individuals is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised sharing of accounts may result in suspension or termination of the subscription.

 

Aani Studio’s resources, including but not limited to presentations, worksheets, games, and other materials, are protected by copyright laws. Institutes and their users are strictly prohibited from:

•Copying, redistributing, or modifying Aani Studio resources without prior written permission.

•Using resources for any purposes outside the scope of the subscription, such as commercial redistribution.

 

Any infringement of Aani Studio’s intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of the subscription and potential legal action.

 

Aani Studio reserves the right to terminate an institute’s subscription without notice if:

•There is evidence of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

•Unauthorised sharing of login credentials is detected.

•Copyright infringement or misuse of resources is identified.

 

In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and legal action may be pursued if deemed necessary.

 

In the event of any disputes arising from the subscription or the use of Aani Studio resources, the parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be addressed in accordance with applicable laws in the United Kingdom.

 

By completing the sign-up process, the subscribing institute acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the subscribing institute to communicate these terms to all associated users.
