Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 September 2025

1) Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Aani Studio (“Aani Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
We’re registered in England, and our principal place of business is:

By using our website, resources, memberships, or any features we provide (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). We may update these Terms from time to time to improve clarity or reflect changes to the Service; the latest version will always be posted on our website.

Some areas or features may have extra guidelines. If they do, those apply as well.

Our aim: keep things clear, fair, and supportive of the learning journey we’re building together.

2) Description of Service

Aani Studio provides interactive, faith-aligned learning resources for teachers, institutes, and parents via www.aanistudio.com and related platforms. From time to time, we may add new features or versions; unless we say otherwise, those are covered by these Terms.

While we work hard to keep everything running smoothly, the Service is provided “as is”. That means we aren’t responsible for delays, deletions, delivery issues, or the failure to store settings or communications.

To use the Service, you’ll need an internet connection and compatible device (e.g., computer, tablet, or smartphone). Any access fees or device costs are yours.

3) Permissible Use of the Website

You agree:

  • You’re at least 18 to purchase or manage a paid plan. Under-18s may use the Service with parent/teacher/guardian permission and supervision.

  • You’ll follow these Terms each time you use the Service.

  • Using the site means you accept the current Terms.

Please don’t use the Service to:

  • Break the law or someone else’s rights (including privacy and intellectual property).

  • Upload harmful, hateful, explicit, violent, discriminatory, or harassing content.

  • Harm or risk the safety of children in any way.

  • Upload malware, spyware, or anything designed to harm devices or networks.

  • Interfere with or disrupt our systems or attempt unauthorised access.

  • Manipulate search results or scrape/crawl in ways that harm our Service.

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent who you are.

If we believe these rules are broken, we may remove content and/or suspend or terminate access.

4) Registration & Accounts

To access some features, you’ll need an account. Please:

  • Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.

  • Keep your login details private. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

  • Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

Accounts shouldn’t be shared unless you’ve added authorised users under your plan. You can manage users in My Account.

5) Memberships & Billing

You can see the details of your membership at any time in My Account.

How billing works

  • By starting a membership, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for your chosen plan (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate.

  • Billing occurs on the date your paid period starts and then on the same calendar day each month/year.

  • Fees may change in the future; we’ll give you advance notice by email.

  • Payments are non-refundable, and we don’t issue credits for partial periods.

If your payment method expires, update it in My Account. If you don’t, you authorise us to continue billing the existing method and you remain responsible for amounts due.

Institute Subscriptions (example pricing)

  •

Recurring Cancellations & Reactivation Policy

Aani Studio reserves the right to review accounts that show repeated subscription cancellations and reactivations. Patterns such as users repeatedly claiming introductory discounts, cancelling and rejoining to avoid payments, initiating Stripe disputes or refund abuse, or causing distorted enrolment numbers that affect lesson and resource planning may lead to limitations on the account. This also includes behaviours that result in unnecessary administrative time or payment inconsistencies.

Where such patterns are identified, we may restrict access to promotional discounts, decline repeated reactivations, or take further appropriate action to ensure fairness for all users and maintain the integrity of our subscription system. All decisions will be communicated to the user, with support available should they need further assistance.

7) International Use

We operate from the UK and don’t guarantee availability outside the UK. If you access the Service from another country, you’re responsible for complying with local laws, including data and export laws.

8) Intellectual Property

“Aani Studio” and our logos, designs, and brand elements are our trademarks. Please don’t use them without written permission.

All site content, code, designs, layouts, text, graphics, and materials (“Website Content”) are protected by UK and international laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for your own teaching/learning purposes according to your plan. You don’t acquire ownership rights by viewing or downloading content.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service or Website Content unless we’ve expressly allowed it in writing or your plan includes such rights.

9) Copyright Concerns

If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, please email us with details. We review reports and take appropriate action in line with applicable laws.

10) No Resale

Please don’t resell, re-licence, or commercially exploit access to the Service, unless your plan or a written agreement with us allows it.

11) Changes to the Service

We may modify or temporarily suspend parts of the Service from time to time (for example, to improve features or perform maintenance). We won’t be liable for temporary interruptions.
If we ever permanently discontinue the Service for reasons attributable to us, our liability is limited to a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the remaining term.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the Service. We may also discontinue any part of the Service. If terminated for breach, you may lose access immediately and we may delete related data in line with our policies and legal obligations.

13) Links to Other Sites

We sometimes link to third-party websites. We don’t control or endorse their content or services, and we aren’t responsible for any issues arising from their use.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aani Studio is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages; loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses; or issues arising from:

  • your use or inability to use the Service,

  • obtaining substitute goods/services,

  • unauthorised access or changes to your data,

  • third-party statements or conduct,

  • or other matters related to the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15) Communications

  • Time-sensitive matters: Please don’t use chat or email for emergencies.

  • E-signatures: Clicking to accept or agree can be legally binding.

  • Recording: We may record or monitor communications for quality and training.

  • Email conduct: We prohibit threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful content.

  • Viruses: We scan diligently, but you should also run your own checks.

16) General

These Terms (plus our Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and Aani Studio about the Service and are governed by the laws of England. Disputes will be handled by the courts in England.
If a clause is found invalid, the rest still applies. Our choice not to enforce a clause right away doesn’t mean we waive the right to enforce it later.

17) Binding on Successors

These Terms bind and benefit each party’s permitted successors and assigns. We may assign our rights at any time. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
